- Enrollment, payment status, transaction records, agreements, and scheduling information. Payment processors handle payment credentials under their own policies.
- Information you provide for coaching, such as goals, availability, training history, workouts, performance, height, weight, nutrition, recovery, injuries, and limitations.
- Messages, intake responses, coach notes, and, with appropriate consent, call recordings and transcripts.

How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, enroll athletes, process payments, deliver and adjust coaching, maintain athlete records, provide support, assess progress and guarantee eligibility, improve our services, protect our business, and meet legal obligations. We also use contact information for marketing communications, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information as needed to authorized coaches and service providers supporting payments, scheduling, forms, communications, training, nutrition, storage, and call services. Depending on the tools used for your program, these may include Stripe, GoHighLevel, Slack, TrainingPeaks, Zoom, Google Drive, Cronometer, and optional connections such as Strava or wearable platforms. We may also use AI service providers as described below.
Information you post in shared community spaces is visible to their participants. Third-party accounts have their own privacy settings and policies. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.
Call recordings and AI assistance
With appropriate prior notice and consent, sales or coaching calls may be recorded or transcribed. We may use recordings, transcripts, intake responses, and coaching notes with AI-assisted tools to prepare summaries, organize athlete records, and help coaches develop or update materials. Coaches remain responsible for reviewing coaching outputs.
Recording consent will be requested before recording begins. Tell us if you prefer an unrecorded call. Contact us before submitting information if you would like to discuss AI processing or available alternatives. Provider details and any additional required notices or consents will be supplied when a specific tool is introduced; this policy is not a substitute for those consents.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our website platform may use cookies or similar technologies for site operation and measurement. We may introduce analytics, advertising, or attribution tools from providers such as Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, or Hyros. When enabled, these tools may receive device identifiers, IP addresses, page activity, and referral information and may associate activity across websites.
You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies may affect some features. Advertising technologies, when enabled, may constitute a sale or sharing of information under applicable privacy laws even without payment to us. Any required consent or opt-out controls must apply to those tools; contacting us is also an option for privacy requests.
These website pages do not themselves implement a response to browser Do Not Track signals. Global Privacy Control is a separate signal; where applicable law requires it, it must be honored through the website’s tracking configuration.
Email and text messages
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message or contact [email protected]. For marketing texts, where you have opted in, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Necessary service messages may continue through appropriate channels.
We do not provide your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent to third parties for their own marketing. Providers helping deliver our messages may process that information on our behalf.
Retention and security
Our retention policy is to keep athlete coaching records for up to two years after coaching ends, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary for an active dispute or legal obligation. Payment, tax, agreement, and consent records may require different retention periods. We seek deletion of provider-held copies under our control as appropriate; independent accounts you maintain with third parties are governed by those providers’ policies.
No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through public community channels.
Your choices and privacy requests
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask about our handling of your information. Depending on your location and which laws apply, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or opting out of certain advertising disclosures. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where an applicable exception permits or requires it. We will respond under applicable requirements.
You may disconnect optional integrations through the relevant platform. If we cannot obtain information needed for coaching, some services may be limited. Where available, you may complain to your local privacy regulator.
International visitors and children
We operate from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Additional notices, transfer safeguards, or consents may be needed for services offered in your location; use of this website does not waive your local rights.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or seek consent where required.
